but it sounds like you made it through it and are
recovering.

Glad you're still here John! I'm glad you getting back on track too! You're
kind words are greatly appreciated and a source of motivation already.
I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm going to wait until at least a week of
being serious about changing my WOE and then I'll post my stats.
It's good to see you here and hopefully we can continue to motivate one
another.

I have mostly been lurking the group and had grown quite unserious about
weight loss until getting some good group advice this week ... am back at
