goals for the day
so the goals for the day are simple, really.
Eat a healthy, controlled carb diet today. Moderate exercise for 30 minutes today. Log foods and activities on fitday.com today. Maintain a positive outlook today. JC invited me, recently, to ask myself whether I wanted to lose weight or not. I am hopeful that my actions will speak my answer and that the results over time will speak volumes.
