Food & Exercise -- 6/9/2007
Went to my usual Saturday morning hip-hop class. Spent much of the
afternoon at the hairdresser having my highlights done. This evening DH and I went on a short hike at the conservancy. Food: * 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 11:45 (driving, after hip-hop): apple * 12:00 (Subway restaurant -- between gym & hairdresser): small roast beef sub w/ lettuce, tomato, & mustard * 4:30 (home): several celery sticks w/ onion dip made w/ f/f Greek yogurt * 8:30 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, ~2 oz. filet mignon, calorie- free blue cheese dressing; 1 glass wine * sometime later: some cherries Exercise: * 10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class * 7:00: easy 1-mile hike Chris 262/130s/130s |
