Just broke through the 150 barrier and now I'm at 148.

Outstanding! That's a real milestone!

Just out of curiosity, how did you pick your goal weight? I'm
wondering about where I want to end up. Not as low as yours, I know,
but I really don't know what I want.

I picked my weight goal as the weight I used to be before I gained 100 lbs.
I weighed 120 lbs. nearly my entire adult life, only being heavy the last
couple of years. I'm 5'5", so this is a pretty good weight for me. I would
say my bone structure is average, neither large nor small.

I may not reach my goal, but I think I can get close to it. Anyway, it is
worth a try.

Thanks! I'm just a tad taller than you -- about 5'6" -- but have a
larger bone structure and a lot of muscle. I weighed around 140-145
for a long time before I put on weight. I'm not sure I want to get
quite that low now, though. I was much less muscular then, and I
don't want to lose it.

Has she stopped posting copious quantities of jokes and other garbage
to the group? I blocked her a long time ago because of the "noise".
