I picked my weight goal as the weight I used to be before I gained 100 lbs.
I weighed 120 lbs. nearly my entire adult life, only being heavy the last couple of years. I'm 5'5", so this is a pretty good weight for me. I would say my bone structure is average, neither large nor small. I may not reach my goal, but I think I can get close to it. Anyway, it is worth a try. Cat "Chris Braun" wrote in message ... I weighed around 140-145 for a long time before I put on weight. I'm not sure I want to get quite that low now, though. I was much less muscular then, and I don't want to lose it. Chris |
