Default Always Hungry

I've lost 20 lbs. and I was happy about that. I haven't felt overly
hungry or deprived over the past weeks because I eat whenever I want,
I just eat healthy stuff, and I don't over-eat. That is, when I've
already eaten, I don't go back and nibble on stuff for a while.

I don't count calories exactly, but I've tried to estimate reasonably
(sometimes I add it up during the day) and stay close to 2,000
calories a day.

I've still got a long way to go as far as the weight loss, but this
morning I had a dream about munching on a lot of fatty and sugary
foods, filling my stomach up and feeling satisfied. Then I woke up,
and I've had a gnawing hunger most of the day. Even though I've eaten
I'm still hungry. I don't know why or how to get rid of it.

I don't think I'm missing out on any nutrients because the main change
I've made in my lifestyle is to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables,
so I think I'm actually being better nourished than before. I've been
walking about 2 miles a night as well.

I hope this will pass but I've been having to fight off the urge to
overeat all day. I mean, I ate when the hunger got the worst, but even
after I ate meals that were over 300 calories I still felt like I was
hungry.

I guess I could always get some cans of vegetables and eat those but I
feel like something is missing and I don't know what it is. I felt
better after I would eat but then the gnawing sensation would come
right back not long after.

Did you guys ever feel this bad when you were transitioning to a low
fat/calorie diet?

Wow that is great... how long did it take you to loose 20lbs?

you know the hardest part of any diet is to make sure that you are
properly nourished. I mean most of these fad diets today are only
letting you acheive half of the results you should be getting. Look at
Atkins it is a high protien low card diet which will let you loose
alot of weight but your not giving you body the proper nutrition it
needs. How would you feel if I told you that I could help you loose
the weight you wanted, never feel hungry, have all kinds of energy,
and do it safely and properly nourish your body?

I can show you how for free.
why dont you email me at Im am totaly
serious....if you are..
