Default Food & Exercise -- 6/10/2007

Went for my usual Sunday morning run. Spent much of the day getting
ready for a wine tasting I was running this evening. (This group
meets the second Sunday night of each month. As the chair, I always
have some role in putting on the meetings. But tonight I was the
presenter as well, so I planned and presented the tasting. We were
tasting North Carolina wines, which I bought when I went down there
last month.)

Food:

* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:30 (home): ~15 cherries
* 12:30 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/
f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup
* 4:30 (home): energy bar
* 6:30 -- 9:30 (wine tasting): ~14 oz. wine; 4 crackers w/ salmon
mousse; ~1 oz. cheese; ~1 cup pork barbecue (the kind with vinegar,
not tomato-based sauce) w/ 2 dinner rolls; 1 mini biscotti and two
small cookies

Exercise:

* 8:45: 3 mile run

Plus I did a lot of toting and stuff for the wine tasting, including
setting up and moving a whole bunch of tables and chairs by myself.
(Usually someone from the winery, or else one of the group members,
helps do this, but no one was available right then so I just did it
myself.)
