Food & Exercise -- 6/11/2007
Did the usual Monday morning gym stuff, then went to the pool for a
while in the afternoon. This evening I went to a community meeting regarding some county parks stuff, so had a very late dinner after I got home. Food (all at home): * 8:00: oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 1:00: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese * 5:00: energy bar * 10:15: ~1/4 cup pork barbecue (just shredded pork w/ spices & vinegar) on whole wheat bun; 2 ears corn on the cob; 1 glass wine Exercise: * 10:00: Lifting: lat pulldown; machine-assisted pull-ups; cable rows (regular & one-handed); DB bench press lying on Swiss ball; DB fly lying on Swiss ball; DB overhead triceps extension lying on Swiss ball; military press; barbell curl; DB lateral & front raises * 11:00: 75 minute yoga class, focus on back bending * 3:30 -- 5:00: A bit of swimming: 2 x 6 lengths Chris 262/130s/130s |
