The Straight Scoop on Cholesterol, Part I

http://eatingacademy.com/nutrition/t...esterol-part-i

Dr. Peter Attia has an excellent series of articles regarding
cholesterol, and the importance of your LDL-P number. Which you may
not have ever heard of, since it's not normally measured in typical
lipid panels. An NMR test is necessary to measure your LDL-P, and
they're not easy to obtain. If you ask your doctor for one, he or she
will likely say "What's that?"

Dr. Attia still has several articles to go in the series, so I
encourage you to tune in. Whether you agree with him (and other
lipidologists he's consulted with) or not, you'll likely learn a lot
about cholesterol (well, except for Trader, who's genetically
incapable of learning anything new). He's currently up to Part VI,
with a new part added each week.

Since you have chosen to start attacking me in an
entire new thread and subject, I feel compelled to
follow one of your rules. You said that when discussing
the reversal of diabetes following bariatric surgery
that I was wrong for only discussing that one aspect
and that I must instead list the pros and cons. So for the
benefit of the rest of you, so that you can evaluate
the poster along with the post, here is what Dogman
believes is sound science:

HIV is harmless
HIV does not cause AIDS
AIDS is caused by poor nutrition, lack of sleep, poor sanitation
AIDS can be cured by diet, not through current HIV drugs
HPV does not cause cervical cancer
No virus can cause cancer
Prions don't exist
Prions are not the cause of Mad Cow.

Dogman, anything new you want to add to the
list of denial?

Oh I can hardly believe my eyes! I guess in the 21st century it is unwise to discuss serious diseases in denial! Loads and loads of researchers spend their time on finding solutions to some of the most frightening diseases HIV/AIDS. I think we do not have the time for denial. There is too much work to be done in the field of molecular biology and related fields as you can see on this website. One needs so much knowledge and education to be able to do research in antibodies/antigen/immune system areas.
