Default 300 days on lowcarb 100 pounds YEAAAH

Hi All

I was trying to get to the 100 pounds lost mark on my 300 day lowcarb
anniversary.

I didn't think I would manage but this morning I did :-)!!!!

I know that my weight will bounce up again a little tomorrow but that is
okay.

Now 20 pounds until my goal. Then I will have to consider whether I should
loose more or try turning my fat into muscle instead.

I think its difficult for me to put on muscle mass when I have a calorie
deficit so maybe give it a try for a month or two and see how it is to
maintain weight.

Thanks everyone

Steffen

Congratilations!!! But I have to ask, since 100 pounds is a lot to
take off... are you sure you're still overweight?

Thanks! Yes, but I forgot to put my stats

started lowcarbing at the end of august 2003

and my stats are 360/259.82/240 so yes I am still overweight but deffinitely
on the right track.

Thanks again.

Thanks Heather

I believe you will!!

Lowcarb WOL works great for me and the biggest benefit has been to be able
to say no to bad food choices. Sometimes I do eat to much of "allowed foods"
but I think thats better than eating food that causes cravings.

Good luck
Steffen

Congratulations! You can't go wrong adding some resistance and aerobic
exercise, if you're not already doing that. Even though you may see better
muscle size gains when you're no longer eating hypocalorically, if you
haven't been exercising you'll likely see some "newbie gains". Also, you'll
add strength and aerobic conditioning that will help maintain your terrific
weight loss.

WOW! Amazingly fast weight loss. Excellent. It is so fun to get down to a
weight and be able to decide if I need to lose more.

Nice work Steffen.
