It can, by far, be one of the most 'difficult' SIMPLE philosophies.
I just got a check from that class-action suit against
Phen-fen.$2000.00 ( I was surprised because ppl rarely get anything from those types of lawsuits, and I only took it for 12 weeks. Not to mention I filed about 7 years ago. Ok...having said that.....I DID lose 30 lbs. in 3 months while on the pills.....BUT...I honestly believe the pills had NOTHING to do with my weight loss. The regimen you follow is , basically, consume 1200 calories throughout the day, starting first thing in the morning (whether you're hungry or not)...And by first thing, I mean whenever you wake up...be it noon or dawn. You'll eat 4 or 5 meals a day and each should be right around 300 calories (depending if it's 4 or 5 you'll eat)....And you have to eat these meals every 3-4 hours, regardless. They stress that you get 1200 calories in you every day. You keep a journal of these meals and the calories you've consumed. Sometimes, I'd even drink 2 beers @ 125 calories each as one of the 3 hour interval intakes. If you go out to eat, you can immediately box half the plate for the next meal. Don't wait until you get real hungry to eat. Keep eating every 3 hours......(e.g. 2 slices of cheese pizza at Little Cesars is 300 calories......SUBWAY sandwiches can be even less. And the thing is you won't feel deprived because you know you have to eat again in 3 hours. This has worked for me flawlessly. Of course, when my pants start 'shrinking' in the drier .....lol.....I know what to do. Bottom line is we ALL know the formula to lose weight...(Ugh...DIET & EXERCISE....) I find some weight loss ads to be totally misleading.....I mean the small print on the commercials ALWAYS says "RESULTS NOT TYPICAL"......welllll, duhhhh.....Then why market the product, because we ARE just typical people FYI.......(unless they'll pay us for the endorsements like Kirstie Alley. (who, I'm convinced is still at around 200.....claiming she was only 210 initially.pffffft).....Anna Nicole had the right idea.....disappear for a year....don't tell anybody, and then BAM....make some cash claiming she took TrimSpa)..God bless her, though, for what she's going through. Ok....and before I finish this novel.....let me recommend that everybody go get a full length mirror (from , like Wal-Mart), and force yourself to look at your nude self every day. And then try the 4-5 meals @ 300 calories each every 3-4 hours, without even exercising, and you'll see a difference, I guarantee. (Remember...Diet sodas, black coffee, Nutrasweetened Ice Tea, etc....will not affect your 300 calories........... Thanks for listening..... |
