Default High protein, low carb, low fat diet?

Recommended foodstuffs are lots of veg, fruit, legumes,
and whole grains, 4 oz meat/fish/chicken a day for
B12 and high-absorption iron, some dairy if you can
tolerate it, and steam or stir fry your food, don't
deep fry.

that even for the best athletes, it is impossible to use more than 27
grams of protein per day.

27g of protein for muscle building, but that's in addition to the .4g per
pound of bodyweight correct?

So for someone weighing 89Kilo or 196.21141334 pounds as our friend here
does needs 78.484565336 grams of protein per day just to maintain current
muscle mass, then adding 27 grams to that would give us a total per day of
105.484565336 grams which is only 421.938261344 calories from protein.

Honestly seems a bit low to me.

that even for the best athletes, it is impossible to use more than 27
grams of protein per day. I highly doubt that for Determined, who is a
female and is not a seal trainee, the number would be even close to
half that amount. Hence my suggestion.

Note that protein can be used for more than muscle building. But
muscle building in ordinary persons like determined does not take much
protein.
