One week!
I made it through te first week! I'm down 5 lbs and my weigh-day
(recorded) is Fridays. I feel better as I'm not craving the bad stuff (sugar) like I was. I got myself sugar-free chocolate and this is a help. So many told me that the first week was so bad and I'm beyond it :) I'm going keep going with this. I want this and it is working well. It's in the mind! I know this well. Warmly, glo |

One week!
Thank you for the great responses I NEEDED THEM! One question was what
am I doing? I just can't say except that I'm cutting back. But I was missing MANY of my favorits so I did a re-feed on Sunday. The SF ice-cream ETC I was missing and today I'm up an exercizing ! I was afraid when I ate those EXRTRA stuff but today I'm back to cutting back. I can not count calories at all. If I do that I fail. I am NOT doing scales as often I HOPE! I am doing once a day or at least I'll try. I remember one very important thing that Jay Jay told me a LONG time ago here. To be careful about cutting back too much or I'll crave things and fail.
