Default How do I get started and where do I look? Ready to GO!

I am ready to start a low-carb diet and need to know where to look on the
web for info. I know very little about this diet, but I am ready to commit.
I understand that there is a 2 week induction period, but I don't know the
do's and don'ts. Is there a good web site that provides step by step instructions
and menu/receipes?
Thanx, Steve

Firstly, invest a few dollars and get a copy of "Dr. Atkins New Diet
Revolution", a great place to start.
The book is not overly scientific, and rationalizes everything very well. It
lays out exactly how to eat, what to expect body wise, and also what NOT to
do.

Browse this forum for lots of info every day (every HOUR it seems), and
www.atkins.com for lots more info.

Good luck!
