A tale of two pizzas
This past week I tried two new low-carb pizzas. The first was Pizza Hut's
new "Carb Tracker" pizza. It's about an 8 oz pizza and with he meat lover's toppings, 26g carbs. I had it delivered, cause it's been a LONG time since I had pizza delivered to my door Anyway, it was a bit cold, but the crust was flakey and crispy, and it had a good texture. Overall worth the 4.99 for the pizza. The second was frozen Red Baron "Carb Works" pizza. For a 6 oz pizza it was only 13 g carbs. I bought the supreme, and baked it in the oven on my old pizza stone. YUM, very tasty crust and good toppings, it was only 3.18 at Wal-Mart. They also had a french bread pizza for the same price, it had two 5.5 oz pizzas for 13 g each. I haven't tried one of those yet, but when I do, I'll report back to the group. -- ClabberHead 5.0 (aka Iron Chef Atkins) 248.5/189.0/185.0 Livin' La Vida Low-Carb since 5/1/03 Al-Team #"e" to 27 decimal places (2.71828182845904523536028747...)
