Thin person has new pouch
I have a friend who was think her entire life. When i say thin, I
mean too thin. A few years ago she had a baby. Now she has a little pouch in her tummy. She wants to know how to get rid of this little pouch, before it gets bigger. She has not experience with excercise. What should she do? By the way, she is 43. Thanks
