How to acquire a "rugged look"?
John HUDSON writes:
In my experience it is no coincidence, and is a quite common experience, to attract a female when you are least trying and not even particularly thinking about it. Many women feel challenged by a man who shows no interest and/or see a lack of interest as evidence of self-confidence. -- Transpose hotmail and mxsmanic in my e-mail address to reach me directly. |

They are strange but wonderfully constructed people, with whom I have had the most exciting times of my life, and look forward to many more!! Vive la difference!! ;o) HAGW!! |

I'm not sure if being pro-religion is being pro-individuality, though. They seem to cross each other out. I remember being raised as a Lutheran and the pastor telling us sheep were good and goats were bad. Perhaps he had found the sheep easier to have sex with. |

Yes, she knows I'm a conservative, and she's trying to reconcile that as well. She also likes me. But...how do you NOT eventually get into politics? I think I could handle it, but we know how intolerant liberals are. I don't think she could handle it. So, what do you guys think? Is it possible? Arnold did it with Maria and it seems to work. If either of you is so locked into static and immutable beliefs and values that you are incapable of listening to the other, then you are incapable of making a relationship work ... with anyone. We all view life from different perspectives. If you take every expression of a different view as a personal challenge to your ego, then you've already failed. Do you want to be lonely and embittered like Mr. Hankey? You don't have to agree with her, but if you're willing to listen to her views, you might be surprised that she is willing to do the same. It's all about balance. Yin and yang. |
