My Wrap Sandwich:-)
Wanted to share my new "breakfast" (although I had one for dinner) wrap,
thanks to you all for giving me the information to experiment:-) I sautéed in an iron skillet: 1/2 onion chopped red and yellow peppers, about 1 cup 1/2 cup chopped ****ake mushrooms 4 roma tomatoes, chopped 1 lb fresh ground pork fiesta seasoning, about 3 Tbsps that I got at whole foods, it's like chili powder but with 5 different types of pepper seasonings I used non-stick spray to keep the pork from sticking to the pan though, it was 91% lean so not much fat to it. I used a romaine lettuce leaf someone mentioned here and it was mighty fine eating:-) I sprinkled on about 2 Tbsps of shredded cheese too. I was able to get 4 servings out of this I think, I bagged it up in ziploc bags for the next few days breakfast too, that will be really quick for me before work:-) I'm tickled to death, thanks again folks:-) Nutritional Information is: Calories: 361 Fat grams: 22 Carbs: 12 Protein: 27 Which are all acceptable for me:-) Carol J |
