The same question about Shirataki Noodles

There were some answers to Fakalassie's post as to where to buy them in
this thread, but does anybody have an answer to the question I asked? If
nobody knows, I will try to contact the company and ask them. Thanks.

I was wondering if anyone knows how long the Shiratake Noodles last in
the refrigerator. I picked some up recently, and really like them but
noticed there is no use by date on any of the packages. Since they're
packaged in water like tofu, I was wondering why no outdate. Also, can
they be frozen? Thanks.

I'll have them in the fridge a few weeks at a time with no ill
effects, I do't think they freeze well.
