Default Interview with low-carb author

Hi all. It's been awhile since I've posted here and I'm sure there are
a lot of newbies.

I just wanted to let everyone know that there is an inciteful
interview with the author of the new and popular low-carb diet book,
"Living the Low Carb Life," Jonny Bowden, posted on the Low-Carb
Pavilion site:

Inciteful? What exactly is it inciting its readers to do? I have no
insight into this matter. :-)

Excellent! Interesting... as he said so clearly, our ancesters did it for
a couple million years!

and from the interview:
" I also believe that lower carb is easier to stay on. If you eat more
fiber, more protein and more good fats, your blood sugar is more stable and
you have less hunger and cravings. You're also healthier. It's that simple.
No one is going to stay on a plan that feels like torture, and once you get
past the initial sugar cravings, the controlled carb way of eating is really
easy to stay with. "

I have found myself enjoying this way of eating/life and have no problem
thinking of low carb-eating as a way of LIFE. This is the first time I
have ever felt that I am NOT ON A DIET...... and happy in the change of my
eating plan and weight loss / inches lost / smaller dress size.

Thx for sharing, I have bookmarked this link, good interview.

Hi Jerry,
I was just thinking about you the other day, and wondering how it's
been going for you during this first holiday season. The fact that
you keep working and helping others by doing so is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Take care,
Carmen

Thanks, Carmen. I appreciate your thoughts and support. My holiday was
great, but I can't say it was low-carb. But I'm back on the wagon for the
new year though.
