Default The best sandwich

I just had the best fulfilling sanwich
i've had atkins country white bread in my freezer for all most a month
i use it very rarly because i felt it had to many carbs for a sandwich
today ive only had 4 carbs
so i decided to have a sandwich
ham cheese tomato onion and lots of mayo
yummy
i know it sounds so dumb but it's been a long time since i had a really good sandwich
i am in the owl part of the atkins program but i really try to stay at 20 carbs a day
i started atkins in oct.15 2003
o well thanks for listening

Sounds yummy, Marli! A couple of weeks ago I found myself low on carbs,
remembered the Orowheat bread in the freezer and made a grilled cheese sandwich

it more often, then it wouldn't be a "treat". Next time I think I'll try a tuna
melt :-)

Saffire, I've started putting my tuna salad on a nuked (til
crispy) piece of cheddar cheese. To me, this is far tastier than
a tuna sandwich! I don't think I'd ever want it any other way
now. Yum.

I hope you like it as much as I do. I think the time after I
first did thid, I forgot whether I just melted cheese on top, so I
did that. Not nearly as good.
