protein powder reccommendations?
I've seen this question posted over at mfw several times, but I'm not
looking for mass quantities of protein for as little as possible. I want something that tastes really really good. Of course, I'm looking for low carb low cal. I'm even considering meal replacement powders, because I really like kashi vanilla mrp. Cost is not nearly so much an object as flavor. det |

Why would you do this? If you are low carb why do you want
more protein? Sounds like coals to Newcastle. determined wrote: I've seen this question posted over at mfw several times, but I'm not looking for mass quantities of protein for as little as possible. Low carb dieters eat more protein.... I liked the Atkins premixed cans. You
can get a big case of them at Sam's. -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net "Patricia Heil" wrote in message ... Why would you do this? If you are low carb why do you want more protein? If I am eating low carb, then I have to eat either more protein or more fat. I happen to be on a heavy lifting routine 3 x per week, so more protein is the logical answer. duh. |
