Am newly interested in the low carb lifestyle. Are you aware of a
magazine devoted to low carbing?

The only one I know of is the Atkins magazine but they do not deliver
to Canada.
I have emailed them a few times to try to get one and have had no
response from them nor a magazine.

Looks a bit pricey though...6 issues for $18 (that's a year subscription).
You would probably get better and cheaper info by going to www.atkins.com

Although, I can't say from experience because I haven't read the first issue
myself. It could be more than worth it, who knows....

If you'll google this group, someone mentioned a magazine geared
toward the LC lifestyle. The OP did say, however, that the articles
were redundant in that there was more information available in this
newsgroup that received only a mere mention in the magazine. Stick
around...there's a wealth of valuable information here, including
recipes, tips and tricks, scientific and medical facts...and it's
free.

There is a low carb magazine called low carb living
(http://www.lclmag.com/). I picked up the latest (first?) issue a few
weeks ago. You can get much more LC info on this newsgroup, but I guess
for people new to LC, it contains some interesting information in an easy
to read format.

I'd recommend it to anyone who's new to the LC WOE, but if you've been
reading this NG for more than a month or two, everything in the magazine
has been covered here many times.

Thanks to all who posted! I've been reading this newsgroup now for a
couple of weeks, and I agree there's a wealth of information to be
