Food -- all at home:

8:45: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted
f/f cheese

10:15: 1 oz. peanuts

1:30: 2 soy burgers, each w/ 1 slice melted f/f cheese & 1 slice
tomato

3:00: 3 mint meringue cookies

7:00: whole wheat pita pocket filled w/ 4 oz. fake lobster (surimi)
mixed w/ calorie-free blue cheese dressing; 3 mint meringue cookies

9:15: 2 cups air-popped popcorn

11:30 (planned): energy bar

Totals: 1335 calories, 30g fat (27%), 145g carbs (44%), 103g protein
(31%) {a pretty lousy day for fruits and veggies -- I must do
better!}

Exercise -- none to speak of -- a little housework

Default Food & Exercise -- 7/17/2004

Food:

11:30 am - breakfast: 1/2 peach (w/few drops of Splenda)
3:30 pm - lunch (after exercise): leftover from last night's dinner -
steamed spinach and Hungarian salami
6:30 pm - snack: cottage cheese w/Splenda and cinnamon (waves at Chris)
10 pm - sort of a dinner (didn't feel very hungry): cottage cheese, peanuts

According to www.fitday.com = 43 grams of carbs (which is under 50 g/day,
what my GP/nutritionist said I should aim for!)

Water, 2 l (during exercise = 1,5 l); Vitamin C drink

Exercise:
Postpartum fitness routine, day 1 - 1 hour
Leg Extensions - 2 sets of 40/w each leg
Leg Curls - 2 sets of 40 w/each leg
Abductors - 2 sets of 40
Calves - 2 sets of 40
Toe Taps - 2 sets of 50
Lunges - 2 sets of 20
Crunches - 50

Other than that, nothing - a little housework

I almost forgot (and that's why I love this thread, it keeps me honest!): 1
breaded calamari ring
I shouldn't have had it in the first place (I shouldn't mix fish/meat with
bread/pasta/rice, according to my GP/nutritionist's diet), but DH was raving
how great they are (a new buy), and I tried one ring - the smallest one in
the plate, if that counts for something ;-)

So, actually the carb count is 44.
