Default Gatorade

Is this a good thing to drink on a regular basis? It seems to help
me a lot to not feel hungary and I seem to be losing weight
because of it. An ER doctor told me that she uses it to hydrate
herself. It has a lot of sugar and salt, it looks like, but sometimes,
a lot of times, I seem to eat a lot of things to get both sweet and
salty and getting it directly quenches my hunger.
Thanks for reading and to those who respond.
