mushrooms
I seem to have been completely mistaken about the carb count for mushrooms.
I had thought that mushrooms were close to a freebee. Not so says http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-tools/ . They show 4gm plus carbo content per 100gm with 1gm or less of fiber. Is their info correct? http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-tools...x=8&search.y=1 1 |

mushrooms
The USDA database says 3.24g Carb - 1.2g Fiber = 2.04g per 100g of raw
mushrooms. 1 cup of slices is 2.268-0.840=1.428 -- Jim Marnott 231/194?/196 (2 lbs to go, woohoo!)
