It's like this: you can go to support.fat-acceptance or the like and
get support to remain what you are so you can keep feeling like ****
but feel good about it.

Or you can go to misc.fitness.weights and get help with getting the
information on how to stop feeling like **** and feel good about it.

I recommed the latter.
