Default Disappointed again!!!

Went to weigh in this morning and had a gain again, a fairly significant
gain too. 2.4 lbs

I am getting frustrated but I am sticking to plan and seeing what I need to
change to kick start my losses again.

I would like to thank everyone here for all their support and comments, it
means a lot to know that you all care about me and each other.

Sorry about the gain this week. How about posting a sample menu for folks to
see if they have any ideas. Are you drinking your water? Journaling? Eating
too many FlexPoints? Eating below your target? Exercising? Eating your
Activity points? Lots of variables to sort out.

Hi Debbie,

I know how discouraging that can be. I've been there. Just keep plugging
away. Eventually you'll get the right mix of points, exercise that is
needed.

Sorry about the gain. Hope next week's is a lot better.

Debbie:

Would you like to post a typical days menu for us to help you with. It's
okay if its too personal. Is there any other way we can help?

Just a thought Deb: some people, when stuck, have posted their journal
here. Someone else may see something that you don't ... FWIW

Hang in there, Debbie... If you want, why not post a few of your daily

Aww Debbie, sorry for your gain but you will get it off again, don't worry!
It IS frustrating, I know, because I've been gaining and losing and gaining
now for almost a year. Ugh. I wish I could just start losing again... it's
a lot of work! Keep at it though, good luck!
