Do you eat the WW frozen meals?
"LoosinFast" wrote in message oups.com... I really like then, but they kind of leave me a bit hungry...anyone else? I usually have a frozen WW type meal at lunch. If not WW, then Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine. One of the supermarkets near me always has one of these on sale. This week Lean Cuisine for $2.00. I will have a cup of soup with them, along with a big glass of water. Maybe an apple about an hour later and that seems to work for me. Lean Cuisine has introduced new grilled panini sandwiches. They grill in the microwave. They are pretty good. Try them, if you can find them. Not sure on the sodium content of these frozen meals and my daily cup of soup. I did check my blood pressure out on one of those store machines and it was normal. Due, I'm sure, to the fact that I have lost 45 pounds and am working out. |

LIke others have shared, when I eat them I usually have them for lunch and I supplement them with a low fat yogurt or veggies. But like everything else, there is is a limited assortment, so I don't just have those for lunch either. I will either bring a lunch or carefullt use the eat out guide. Ok I admit it, I am a FFJ (Fast Food Junkie) I am working on it. Ralph |

Do you eat the WW frozen meals?
I eat the lean gourmet, ww and healthy choice from time to time depending on
our schedule and what is on sale, I often add a cup of vegetables to the pasta meals to bulk them up, Lee, who prefers scratch cooking but is realistic, LoosinFast wrote in message oups.com... I really like then, but they kind of leave me a bit hungry...anyone else? |

I have one occasionally when my lads want a Chinese take-away or we are in a serious rush, and usually supplement with veg or a salad. Ok I admit it, I am a FFJ (Fast Food Junkie) I am working on it. Some Fast food ideas (as opposed to Fried Crap ideas! ) Salmon fillet, steam baked in the microwave, served with a bag of salad and a fresh roll. Grilled steak, served with a bag of salad and some low fat oven chips Pasta with Philly Extra Light and snipped up smoked salmon and chives stirred in. You can also try Parma ham, any ole lean ham, Bagel filled with Philly Extra Light and smoked salmon or Parma ham, served with salad The same can go in a big tortilla, wrapped round a handful of salad -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
