I am also into nuked cheese variations, but I can't eat cheese all
the time....

Quick, easy, cheap, and on track with WOE ....

Steamed cabbage, good glurg of olive oil, chopped bacon.

Caution: use exactly one "glurg"

Even better, use the fat from cooking the bacon.

Default Fallback Meal?

My fall back meals are kind of boring, but good. A chicken breast or what
ever seasoned and a salad. I eat salad all the time. I really never tire
of it. I have 5-12 dressings in the fridge all the time to keep it
interesting. My second fall back meal would be a hamburger patty and salad.
Sometimes I vary that and make it a taco salad without the shell. Pretty
good.

I will have to try yours. It sounds good.

occurring to you? Mine seems to be cooking roasted veggies
(usually red and yellow peppers, asparagus, broccoli and onion) in
a pan in some olive oil, adding eggs, which have been whisked with
a bit of cream or water, salt, and freshly ground pepper (and now
a bit of grated parmesan cheese and pesto too), and scrambling
them. Very yummy.

Mmmm. I LOVE salads! My favorite dressing is blue (or bleu)
cheese. I also have tried a taco salad. That was promising, but
I have to work on my seasoning formula, which was sort-of
lackluster.
