Should have been 8 g of protein, not 9. That gives 183 calories. However,
how do you know that is where the error is?

And how do you know that, Ig? Is the tomato that you buy at the store the
healthy food that you believe it to be? The ingredient list on this product
is very simple.

Sure, I could be all those ingredients at the health food store, but it
still takes time to mix them up, store them, etc.
