When I Low Carb I Crave.....................WANNA PLAY ALONG?.
......things with ZING!!! vinegary, bitey, spicey, lemon zest, lime
zest. I dont care for it any other time but I recently went off the wagon and never wanted it but each time I am LC'ing I crave the sour zip. Wanna Play Along??? What do you like during LC that you generally don't eat? Has your taste for something changed??? Laureen 414/yaya... /was 246 b4 screw up/ 200

Healthy stuff like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. I couldnt bare the smell

I think my body may have needed more potassium or vitamin C, not sure. Anyway, I satisfied the craving by mixing some Real Lemon concentrated lemon juice in a glass of cold water. The Real Lemon is 0g carbs per serving, which could mean half a carb or more, and I probably used 3 or 4 "servings" in my glass of water. If you have this craving again, Crystal Light has Ruby Grapefruit, as does Ocean Spray Lite. BTW, the latter is not so disgustingly sweet as the Cranberry-Grape. Still pretty high in carbs if you drink a whole cup. -- Jean B.
