Slimfast is now offering a low carb option - it's high time! Shakes now
only have 2g net carbs. Whoopi Goldberg is endorsing. The RTD shakes are 190 cal, 9g of fat, 6g fiber, 20g of protein... In my opinion - fat still too high. But overall, much better than the original formula. I've also noticed that Subway is now offering high fiber/protein low carb wraps you can have instead of bread with any sandwich. det |

KFC used to have some sort of baked/rotisserie (sp?) chicken way back. If I
was very constipated, it was the perfect food to order there.... it tasted good though. I don't know how they can consider breading low carb. Maybe they are making it with pork rinds?? -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net http://community.webshots.com/user/perpleglow "Dally" wrote in message ... determined wrote: Slimfast is now offering a low carb option - it's high time! I'm still stunned, shocked, and unable to get over the new KFC marketing campaign touting Fried Chicken as "low carb". The context is that the family has decided to eat healthier and therefore chooses a "low carb" meal.) It leaves me breathless in its audacity. Dally |
