slimcrap low carb

Slimfast is now offering a low carb option - it's high time! Shakes now
only have 2g net carbs. Whoopi Goldberg is endorsing. The RTD shakes are
190 cal, 9g of fat, 6g fiber, 20g of protein...

In my opinion - fat still too high. But overall, much better than the
original formula.

I've also noticed that Subway is now offering high fiber/protein low carb
wraps you can have instead of bread with any sandwich.

The good thing is that the wrap they use has fewer calories (130) with more
fiber (11g) and protein (12g) than any of their 6" breads.

KFC used to have some sort of baked/rotisserie (sp?) chicken way back. If I
was very constipated, it was the perfect food to order there.... it tasted
good though. I don't know how they can consider breading low carb. Maybe
they are making it with pork rinds??
