Default Mushrooms question

"Nomad" wrote in message
...
I bought a can of mushrooms today.
The brand is Liberty Gold.
The label says one serving (3/4 cup)
has 1 G of carbs and 4 G of fiber.
Can this be right?
Looking at my Corine Netzer book,
the best canned is about a 2 to 1 ratio.
Is it correct or a bad label?

Was it canned outside the US, the fiber may not be included in the carb
count. If the fiber line is indented, it is probably included in the carb
count.
