The belly's back!!! After keeping it to a decent weight (circa 173
pounds) for several months, I went back to 190 pounds last week! Can't
believe it! The root cause is bread, bread, and bread! Croissants and
bagels at every meal, every day. When I bit in a croissant, it is as
if I had it for the first time. Tastes sooooooooo great! All of sudden,
vegetables don't exist anymore! Vegetables are for rabbits, I told
people. But I begged these damn vegetables to come back. Tonight I went
to the market and bought carrots, celery, sweet pepper, and spinash. I
have also bought red kidneys and green lentilles for soup. It tastes
nothing like those incredibly delicious croissants, but do I have a
choice??? F...! Good news: Since I stopped bread and ate more fruits
and grains, I have lost 4 pounds. I am now at 186 and can't wait to get
back to 170!!! With 20 pounds less on my body, I will certainly run
faster and longer in my ball hockey games!

For April, no bread! I will go back at it later on, but I will first
have to figure out how to eat them, in a reasonable way this time
around. What do you think of having two slices of bread every day at
each meal instead of opening the bag and eat them in series with jam or
peanut butter? Are you unable to stop like me???

I am a lover of bred too! what I had to do was get into the whole grain
goodness. That cut out alot. Also I don't eat crossaints unless I am in
France. No other crossaint is worthy. also don't eat regular bagels
inless I am in New york. It is all about 'The whiter the bread, the
sooner you're dead'

good luck! D

I tried the brown rice bread. It is extremely thick and dry, but with
jam or peanut butter, it's not so bad.
