Default My Atkins buddy

I finally got an Atkins buddy. I was doing Atkins by myself since late
April, and I admit I was stalled for a while and therefore a bit
discouraged. So the angels of heaven sent me an Atkins buddy.

One of my new co-workers is also on Atkins, and she's an old-timer. She
has been on the diet for two-plus years. She used to weigh 240, now she
weighs 140! She's beautiful, and she's an inspiration to me.

How wonderful for you! Everything is easier with support from a friend. Best
wishes to both of you!

That is great - I am envious of you. It would be so helpful to have someone
else around that doesn't think that what you are doing is "unhealthy" or
raise their eyebrows when you order cream, but stay away from fruit. Sounds
like she would be a great motivator. Someone who has stuck it for 2 years
and has the results to show for it.
If she gives you some maintenance and WOE tips, please jot them down for
us???
Brenda W
