I am just plain broke. I bought the complete food companion. I read labels.
I found the following formulas on the web - food points -activity points - daily target points How is the weekly point allowance determined? Is it 35 regardless or is there a formula for that too? I know I am 35 now, but as I slim will it get less? Thanks |

always 35, and if you get where you can afford it, going to the first ten or
twelve weeks to get the written materials will be a huge help, and from what my DH figured, the monthly pass which gives you meetings and etools is the cheapest way to do it, and there is so much information on the site it would take forever to read/take notes/copy all of it, good luck, Lee "Stephanie" wrote in message ...
