Default Poo poo!

Well it had to happen at some point. I was up 1.6 lbs this WI. I missed last
week due to being ill soit's a cumulative 2 week WI. Before the resident
troll pipes in, I did make some bad food choices and didn't journal every
day. I also caved to stress and mild depression and even though my husband
feels I should eat less in those situations, I tend to eat more and not
healthy. But I'm working on it. I'm trying to tell myself that I had bad
eating habits for over 30 yrs and it'll take more than 4 mos to go away from
them...

You probably have a lot of improved eating habits already. We all react
differently to stress and depression. Exercise is great for both even
if it is simply a short walk.
