Default I was a pig tonight!

Yesterday was my weekly WI. I had a lost of 5.8 lbs. I was elated!

However... My SO, who is also on WW, wasn't happy with the carefully
measured portions of spaghetti and meat sauce I planned for tonight's dinner,
and we ended up eating double portions at a staggering 26 points.

Now I'm depressed that I gave in and ate it. I know I will be right back on
the program tomorrow, but I wish I learn to say "no". Thankfully, it doesn't
happen very often.

Don't be hard on yourself. Sometimes you just need to eat more and
since your WI isn't until next Saturday, you will probably be fine. When
I dine out I often go over my daily points total but it's ok in relation
to the rest of the meals I eat during the week. My attitude is it's
only one meal and as long as it doesn't turn into a pattern, it's fine.

Thanks, Audrey, I needed those kind words. Actually, it's a rarity when
this happens. That's probably why I get upset about it when it does. :-)
At least I've got a week to "repair" any damages.

to them (hey.. I'm a busy girl ! ;op) and I have to say that you're going so
good on this, there's nothing to worry about...

I always tell my members: Look at it, learn from it, laugh at it and DITCH

if so wants more then fine, doesn't mean you need them, also, if you only
cook one portion then so can cook more if seconds are wanted, don't beat
yourself up just learn and move on, you will get there, Lee

what I noticed that you should take for an NSV is that you know how many
points you ate, so you can adjust the rest of the week, how much do you
think you would have eaten before WW? compare and see how improved you are,
bet you really did fine, Lee
