What points would you give this?
I found these Tortilla/Soft Taco Shells with the following nutrition info:
Serving size: 1 tortilla Calories: 90 Total Fat: 0g Dietary Fiber: 8g Sugars: 1g Protein: 4g Vegan Friendly No Lard No Added Oil No Dairy Cholesterol Free Non-Aluminum Type Baking Powder My calculator puts them at 0.8 if only counting 5g of fiber. Does that sound right? Thanks, Brian |

In the US (cause I don't know the UK program) you count Calories, total fat
grams and fibers up to 4. They have been capped at 4 for years. ) Will~ "RichardS" RichardS@*.* wrote in message ... I even went to meetings for awhile, until my fixed income didn't allow it, and was never told that. I recalculated the muffins and cereal and they didn't change.
