Default Motivation game

Since I got over my hormonal rush, I decided to play a game with myself.

I track on my cellphone(an excel sheet) and I'm now using the point
calculator from etools (on my cellphone again, it's also a PDA). I'm allowed
to reward myself with 30 minutes of total and complete ME TIME, or buy
something to decorate my garden, or any other non-food treat that I think
up, everyday that I:

1- Earn at LEAST 2 APs (doesn't sound like much but with my hurt back it
ain't easy !) no roll overs!

2- Track every morsel of food and drop of drink that comes my way.

3- Stay within my points (counting flex pts, I've got a life see?)

4- Follow at least 6 of the 8 good health guidelines !

I love games and challenges.. let see how that works !! I'll have to
remember to post my rewards !!

Will~
