Default Back on the Plan

Hey guys...I started Weight Watchers about 3 years or so ago, and I just put
myself back on the plan again. I went from 243 to 169.9 and then back to
182, I went from a 40 inch waist to a 32 inch waist (according to my jeans
anyway!). My 32's started to get tight so I decided to start dieting again,
and its been about 18 months since I've seriously journaled.

I was on the WW Online program but now I'm doing it myself so I have a few
questions.

The current point formula I'm using is

(Calories/50+ fat/12)-fiber(=4)/8=Points . For example a 200 calorie food
with 6 grams of fat and 6 grams of fiber would be:

200/50=4
006/12=.5
004/08=.5 (only the first four grams of fiber count)
4 point food.

Is this correct? For restaurants I'm using www.dwlz.com as my guide, anyone
have a better site than that?

Also, any good rule of thumbs for exercise points? I generally figure 20
minutes of 'good' exercise is worth a point. Though at work I'll walk 10
flights of stairs and I count that as a point because I'm so winded at the
end!!!!!

Your formula looks OK to me...........your answer is correct and you are
most certainly doing the right thing by using a max. of 4 for fiber.

Good luck - keep us posted on your progress.

Good to hear that you are doing something before things get out of hand
again! Kudos to you Buck!
