Default KETOSTICKS- am I in induction?

I bought a product that is like ketosticks (similar to these
http://www.anytestkits.com/urine-tests.htm) but has lots of tests for
different things
(including ketone) but I cant really get a good reading from them because
the color that comes up is different from the one on the bottle.
If I am measuring it right my ketone is MODERATE (40) 0.4
I don't know if that is good enough though or if I am in induction.

any ideas?

Is this SPAM? I can't make any legitimate sense of your post.

#1, What plan are you on? Where did it tell you to buy some expensive
multi-test sticks? What does it say about testing ketones? Why did you buy
these unecessary strips?
#2, You obviously have no clue what "induction" is. Again, what plan are
you on?

If this is a legitimate post, then you need to ecucate yourself more than
asking questions here that make no sense. Buy the book for whatever plan
you are on and read it. " Induction" is something you choose to do, not
something that turns expensive test sticks color.

Some people NEVER get a good strip-reading. At least you're getting some,
and that's good. How about your breath? Bad breath can be a sign of
ketosis also.

one: try getting your terms straight.

induction is a process. ketosis is a physical condition.

two: don't waste your time or money peeing on gimmick sticks. they
don't tell you whether or not you're losing weight, and you can lose
weight without ever being in ketosis.

You're trying to insinuate that this poster isn't bright by calling
him a 'maroon'?

LOL! The irony here is marvelous! This group is a never-ending
source of entertainment!
