Hi all,

Extremely stress here for the last 2 weeks due to too much work, not enough
hours in the day and fighting either a really bad cold or some serious sinus
congestion problems!!!!

Last Thursday, I was up from 12:45am until 5:45am because I couldn't breath!
I searched the internet fro home remedies and found that garlic and hot
sauce in chicken or tomato soup would help, so in that short period of time
I must have had about 5 small cans of soup..............all this on the
night before my WI !!!!.........

Well, needless to say, when I went to my WI on Friday morning, I had a false
gain of 6.2 lbs!!! YES! 6.2 lbs in one night!.......I didn't get upset
because I knew it was a false reading........

I stuck to my guns all of this week and when I went in today, I had a loss
of 10.2 lbs this week!!! YEeeeah!!!!! hehehehe........

Well, that brought tons of oooooos and awwwwwwws from all the women at my
meeting and it also got me another 10 lbs ribbon bringing my grand total
loss to 73.8 lbs!!!!

I'm still feeling under the weather and I'm still very stressed due to my
work load, but hey, if I can do this during these bad times, then I know for
sure I'll be able to do even better when things get back to normal.

Sorry I haven't been posting too much lately...........I haven't even had
time to read any postings, but as soon as things get back to normal in a
couple of weeks, I promise to start dishing out more support for all of you!

PS: I just got back my latest blood results and my numbers are so good
again that I've reduced a couple of my diabetes meds and I'm almost totally
off my cholesterol med...............let's see what happens in the next 3
months!

There are days I'd love to have the life of my cats

But seriously, you can't be perfect. You've made excellent progress and
come a long way. Persistence, perserverence, patience - all of those beat
perfection in a healthy lifestyle.
