Default Recommend nutition calculator software or app?

Quite a few years ago I had a cd rom that enabled me to design meals in wchich I could see all the known nutrients and how close I was to meeting recommended daily amounts. I am struggling to find the modern equivalent. I'd be really grateful for any recommendations of windows software or Apple app for this.

Many thanks in advance,

Mark.

Hi Mark,
Did you said CD ROM that enabled you to design meals?? May I know the company name of the that cd rom? How about having your food and workout schedule to meet your fitness goals?

Sorry I'm probably too late for the original poster's need but the modern equivalent is probably http://www.fatsecret.com.au/calories-nutrition/.

It is an Australian site and I use that quite a lot. It allows you to look up what's in a whole range of foods. My main interest is, of course, how many calories.

Hopefully this post will help others looking for the same thing.
