Food & Exercise -- 11/7/2007
I posted this morning for yesterday -- don't know if it went out. If
it doesn't show up eventually I may try to reconstruct it. Anyway, here's today's... Today was a typical Wednesday -- gym, errands, home. Food: * 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & golden raisins * 11:00 (gym): 4 multi-grain crackers * 2:30 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; Tootsie Pop * 7:15 (home): ~5 oz. grilled salmon w/ f/f lemon butter sauce; ~4 oz. roasted Brussels sprouts; 1 glass wine (Virginia Riesling) * 7:45 .... (home): another glass Riesling -- still sipping it Exercise: * 10:15: Lifting: weighted step-ups; one-legged machine squats; stiff- legged deadlifts; standing cable quad extensions; standing cable hamstring extensions; seated calf extensions; hip abductor; hip adductor * 11:15: 60-minute stretch/balance class * 12:30: Swimming: 450 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
