quick lunch
3 oz shrimp (3pt)
1/2 cup snow peas (1 pt) 1/4 cup mushrooms (0 pt) 2 tb sour cream (2) 9I do not use low fat because I don't like the corn starch additioves.... you could choose that and modify to suit, red curry paste from ethic section of the store Mix sour cream and curry paste, set aside stir fry snow peas for a bit add mushrooms when mostly cooked, add shrip cook until shrimp is pink Remove from heat and add sour cream mixture. Eat! 5 points |

Eat! 5 points OMG add too much red curry paste and you may find the exhortations o drink plenty of water unnecessary! And no decongestants necessary either. Thank goodness I like it hot! |
