Don't stay up too late!
Friday worked. Ate properly, went swimming, used one execise point of
the 6.5 I earned. Saturday - Bleah! Not so good. Stayed up WAAAAAY too late trying to complete something, and ended up eating the remaining exercise points earned on Friday as I didn't get to bed until 3 am! But Sunday was good. Swam in the morning and then I was too busy working for a looooong afternoon, and the eveing mel was late. I earned another 6.5 points and have 4 left from the daily allowance, so have just about stayed on the level. I have 10.5 points to play with for the rest of the week. Today has started with a strawberry and banana smoothie: 1 banana: 1.5 points 100g strawberries: 1 point 3/4 point skimmed milk: 1.5 points 4 points: split between two of us: 2 points for my share. Today's meals add up to 12 points. A bit low, but it's too warm to eat much, and it leaves me a few spare for a late night snack if I sat up working when the night cools down.
