Default down 1lb. a day late

Wouldn't you know it. My scale showed 149 yesterday morning before heading
off to my WW WI. Today my scale shows me down a whole pound. Now, why
could that not have happened yesterday at WW. Grrr...

I think the scale gods like to torment us. G Mine always shows a bigger
loss the day after WI.
