Food & Exercise -- 11/8/2007
Instead of an outdoor run this morning -- because it was unusually
cold -- I did some interval running on the treadmill. In the afternoon I worked at the conservancy for a while and then went by the winery. Food: * 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & golden raisins * 10:00 (home): small energy bar * 12:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/ f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; Tootsie Pop * 4:30 (winery): 2 glasses wine (Cabernet Franc) * 8:00 (home): 2 cups garden vegetable soup w/ 4 turkey meatballs Exercise: * 9:00: 30 minutes treadmill -- sprint intervals with walking in between Chris 262/130s/130s |
