Breakfast: 1 banana. 1% milk cal- 160
Lunch: salmon deli sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet tea cal- 450 Dinner: half a bean and cheese burrito and half a can of nacho cheese pasta. diet coke cal- cal- 340 1 scoop cinnamon bun ice cream cal- 400 Total cal- 1350 |
